  1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

    • In general, refunds may be available for cancellations made within the specified time frame outlined by the service provider. Any cancellation fees or penalties will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider, which may include non-refundable deposits or fees.
  2. Refund Processing:
    • Refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method used for the original booking.
    • All refund will be given to the payment-initiated media itself on our website
    • It may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on the policies of your financial institution.
  3. Flight Refunds:
    • Refunds for flights are subject to the fare rules and conditions set by the airline.
    • In many cases, airline tickets may be non-refundable or only partially refundable, with applicable penalties or fees.
  4. Hotel Refunds:
    • Refunds for hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the hotel.
    • Some hotels may require a minimum notice period for cancellations to be eligible for a refund, while others may have non-refundable rates.
  5. Car Rental Refunds:
    • Refunds for car rentals are subject to the cancellation policy of the car rental agency.
    • Cancellation fees may apply if the reservation is canceled within a certain time frame before the scheduled pickup time.
  6. Activity Refunds:
    • Refunds for activities, tours, or other prepaid experiences are subject to the cancellation policy of the activity provider.
    • Some activities may offer full refunds for cancellations made within a specified period, while others may have non-refundable tickets.
  7. Exceptions:
    • In cases of extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters, government advisories, or airline/agency-initiated cancellations, exceptions to the refund policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  8. Refund Requests:
    • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
    • All cancellations should be notified in writing to booking@serendibvoyage.com – Booking Department.
    • Refund requests will be processed as quickly as possible, but please allow for a reasonable processing time.
  9. Changes to Refund Policy:
    • Serendib Voyage reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be notified in writing to booking@serendibvoyage.com –
Booking Department.

All refund will be given to the payment-initiated media itself on your website

  • Prior to 21 days of arrival 100% refund, minus administrative fees of US$ and the applicable bank charges.
  • Prior to 14 days of arrival 50% of the invoice is chargeable as cancellation fees.
  • Prior to 7 days of arrival 100% of the invoice is chargeable as cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation during the peak season will be charged 100%.
  • No shows for any period 100% of the invoice chargeable as cancellation fees.
